Rear Admiral Amado A. Sanglay, AFP (Ret) is a retired Navy Flag Officer (General) in the Philippine Navy. In his retirement in 2004, he joined the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) in Olongapo City, Zambales as the Executive Assistant in the Office of the Chairman, SBMA. He was appointed as President and CEO of Morong Special Economic Zone (MSEZ), in Morong, Bataan - a Government Owned and Controlled Corporation (GOCC). In 2011, the business of BPO Online Gaming (BPO-OLG) was first introduced and became as the licensor and regulator of its locators.
He joined the private corporate initially as a Consultant and later as Director of Grand Innovasia Concept Corporation (GICC) who helped planned, organized and was registered as a duly registered corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in March 28, 2014.
GICC chose to locate at the Authority Freeport Area of Bataan in Mariveles, Bataan as the designated Exclusive Master Licensor of online and interactive gaming - being one of the biggest investor and locator with the construction of various building facilities and utilities dedicated to accommodate online gaming business operations.
