The Macau Gaming Equipment Manufacturers Association, together with co-organizer Nam Kwong Culture and Creativity Industry Co., LTD, are hard at work putting the finishing touches on this year’s MGS Entertainment Show and Summit. Asked about how the state of preparations, Nam Kwong said that they are now focused on practical matters like optimizing the floor plan and ensuring communications channels are functioning well for problem solving and service management during the event. “So far, we have made good preparations to welcome this year’s MGS Entertainment Show, with high hopes that this show will be a big success and reach another new milestone,” they said.
This will be the fifth edition of the locally-organized gaming and entertainment trade show. It is the event’s first year recognized as a UFI Approved International Event, having proven through audit that the event meets the strict standards of The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry. Hoping to continue on a path to greater quality and breadth of offerings, the organizers have poured their energy into building a unique trade show and summit that highlight innovations reaching beyond gaming in order to help industry decision makers gain a clear vision of the ways the economy is being changed new technology.
The focus of the three-day show and summit is ambitious, looking at the Smart-City, Smart-Economy model that has already transformed cities throughout China. Additionally, the summit will explore Macau’s place in China’s Belt and Road trade and infrastructure initiatives, as well as the new industries of mobile gaming and eSports and the next generation of gaming, including new gaming technologies and new markets in Asia.
