The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau bridge could open to traffic as early as in the second quarter 2018
The MGS Entertainment Show (MGS) has launched its 2017 campaign with this year's theme based on the concept of the 'Smart City' and what the advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR) can bring to the global industry.
The MGS Entertainment Show, which is owned by the trade body the MGEMA and backed by the Macau SAR Government, will roll out the marketing program through a series of invigorating sales and promotional initiatives running up to the fifth edition of the exhibition at the Venetian Macao on 14-16 November 2017.
The 2017 MGS campaign was officially unveiled to the international gaming and entertainment industry at a prestigious reception held at the recent ICE Totally Gaming exhibition in London where political, regulatory and industry figures from around the world met with the MGEMA's largest ever international delegation at an overseas event.
During the event, the MGEMA highlighted the key targets for its 2017 campaign and the ambitious goals the MGS show has set itself for the future. Speaking at the launch of the new campaign, Jay Chun, Chairman of the Macau Gaming Equipment Manufacturers Association, took the opportunity to reinforce the MGS Entertainment Show's role as the ‘voice of the industry’ and its key position as the gateway to two of the most important markets in the world: mainland China and the new and emerging neighbouring markets around the entire Asia Pacific continent.
Remaining true to the show's two main pillars - innovation and interactive - the MGEMA unveiled its new corporate brochure entitled ‘Smart City' with an interactive dimension playing a new and key role going forward. The 2017 MGS brochure outlines the focus on the game changing technology, technology pioneers and the vital buying authority opportunities offered by the show.
The Smart City brochure provides in full detail the framework of the MGS Entertainment Show, from its zones to the statistics charting the growth of MGS; the wide-ranging remit of the exhibition to the opportunities available through both the show and the MGEMA; the marketing program to Government relations. The MGS marketing brochure is available in both printed and digital versions, and in Chinese and English.
